Comter's Project Management Methodology (PMM), utilizing Earned Value Management techniques, is designed to make sure that client objectives and goals for the project are met on time while staying within budget. The three elements of project management we emphasize are project planning, tracking, and reporting. We use project planning to create detailed project plans that determine timelines, tasks and milestones, allocate resources, and budget costs. Project tracking is used to monitor our success in meeting the schedule, resource commitments, cost targets, quality objectives, and other elements that defined in the project plan. Project reporting keeps the client involved with the project details and includes weekly status reports, project plan updates with accurate up-to-date budgets, and comprehensive monthly project reviews.
