CEO - Jay Jayaram
Founder and CEO of Comter Systems. More than 25 years of experience on software application development and maintenance with an emphasis in project management, business fit analysis, developing, design, implementation and training. Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager and consultant, has solid, hands-on experience with application deployment and maintenance. Knowledge of a wide range of IT industry functions, technologies used in the Federal sector, with a specialization in Enterprise Resource Planning, Business Administration, Contracts, and Human Resources.
Ms. Jayaram’s experience in leading the organization by providing expert business transformation services and cutting-edge technology solutions has helped Comter to successfully serve many federal and commercial clients over the year. Her ability to streamline organizational production through the restructuring of policies and procedures, operations, finances, customer service ratings and team productivity acts as the pillar of Comter’s corporate structure. She maintains an uncompromising focus on high-quality standards and bottom-line profit improvements.
